Maize can be roasted or boiled and thereafter eaten.
It can also be ground to produce flour which is used in cooking a meal called 'Ugali'. You can google that...won't you?
The maize plants are used as cattle feeds in Africa.

At my end, no serious activity...only working in the fields harvesting maize, its really tiring here..
No lots of cultural celebrations in my country...i dont think they even have the one from the british.
My country embraces western culture alot and therefore you will find that most of the practices here are west-like.

I was unable to respond to your mail on time as I was preparing for an interview.
Well, I did go for my first interview ever yesterday...
The questions were too difficult that i couldnt answer them correctly.
But am more happy that i have gained some experience on how interviews are conducted...

My cousin and the rest of the family are fine too except for my dad's occasional illness that really disturbs his stability.
